# Зміна майстер-пароля

Майстер-пароль необхідний для виконання певних дій з Hideez Key:

* авторизація (аналог PIN-коду у деяких випадках)
* для конфігурації Налаштувань доступу
* для зміни PIN-коду

Його не може бути відновлено, тож віднесіться до його створення серйозно. Якщо Ви забудете його, єдиним шляхом його відновлення є[ повне очищення ключа.](/kerivnictvo-koristuvacha-hideez-key-v-komplekti-z-bluetooth-adapterom/service-operations/wipe.md)

Для зміни майстер-паролю натисніть кнопку **Змінити майстер пароль** на вкладці **Налаштування ключа**. Введіть поточний майстер-пароль, потім новий (двічі) та натисніть кнопку **Підтвердити**.
